The episode of Anupamaa starts with Kavya telling she failed Rakhi’s expectations. Kavya says she will not hurt Vanraj’s family nor will do anything that Rakhi is thinking.
Kavya says she loves Vanraj, and she just wants to be with Vanraj. Kavya says if she gets Vanraj’s family with Vanraj, then she can tolerate them. Kavya says once Anupamaa said that women can leave their family for someone, but a man will never leave his family for anyone.
Kavya says she is ready to adjust in the house just for Vanraj.
Later, the family dances on Vanraj’s birthday. Rakhi dances with Vanraj for a while. Kavya also joins Vanraj. Pakhi gets jealous and asks Anupamaa to dance. Anupamaa says she can not dance.
Baa says Anupamaa teaches dance to her students, but in her own house, she feels shy. Anupamaa says her family is happy, so for her family, she will dance.
Anupamaa dances and everyone cheers her up. Rakhi tells Kavya that when Kavya was dancing no one said a word and now when Anupamaa is dancing all are enjoying, including Vanraj.
Kavya says there is no use in provoking her because she is not jealous at all. Kavya then goes and dances with Vanraj.
Later, Pakhi goes to take some drink. Kavya helps her to open the drink. Pakhi asks Kavya to stop being so sweet, and she knows Kavya is not sweet. Kavya tries to talk to Pakhi sweetly, but Pakhi behaves rudely to Kavya.
Kavya says if she can take Vanraj’s family away from him, then she can also make Pakhi away from Vanraj. Pakhi gets angry and squeezes the can. The cold drink spills on Kavya’s face.
Anupamaa asks Pakhi to apologise to Kavya. Pakhi apologises to Kavya and says she hates Kavya separating her family.
Vanraj scolds Pakhi for being rude to Kavya, and also for spoiling his birthday party by creating a scene.
