The episode of Anupamaa starts with Pakhi walking away from everyone. Vanraj angrily says that Pakhi will show her attitude to her father. Kavya says that girl… Anupamaa interrupts Kavya and says her name is Pakhi and Kavya has to call her Pakhi.
Anupamaa says Vanraj always considered Toshu and Pakhi his kids, and Samar was considered as Anupamaa’s kid, but today so easily Vanraj said that Pakhi is Anupamaa’s child. Anupamaa says Pakhi must have felt bad as she loves Vanraj more than anyone.
Anupamaa explains that when a mother scolds her children, they never feel bad, but when a father scolds his children, they fear him and also get hurt. Kavya says Vanraj scolded Pakhi for her mistakes.
Anupamaa asks Kavya not to interfere as she is talking to her kid’s father. Anupamaa asks Kinjal and Dolly to serve dinner for everyone, while she will take to Pakhi.
Anupamaa goes to Pakhi and hugs her. Pakhi cries and tells Anupamaa that she hates Kavya as she is trying to separate her from Vanraj. Anupamaa explains to Pakhi that there is a difference between loving and owning. Anupamaa says Vanraj is not a toy that Pakhi can own him, and he will follow whatever Pakhi says.
Anupamaa asks Pakhi not to behave like Kavya and understand her father’s situation. Anupamaa then asks Pakhi to take her time and come to have dinner.
Meanwhile, Kavya cleans her sari. Rakhi comes and asks if Kavya feels like punishing Pakhi. Kavya says she wishes she can punish Pakhi. Kavya angrily says she is bearing Vanraj’s family just because of Vanraj. Kavya says she will kick out every member of Vanraj’s family after she gets married to Vanraj.
Later, Anupamaa is working in the kitchen. Vanraj comes and asks her how is Pakhi. Anupamaa says she tried to explain Pakhi, but she is not in the situation to understand.
Meanwhile, Pakhi writes a letter recollecting Vanraj and Anupamaa’s words.
