The episode of Imlie starts with Anu informing Malini that Dev raised his hand on her. Malini asks how can papa do that. Anu says that he raised his hand on her twice for Imlie. She stayed in the house with him for all these years only for Malini. She says now she doesn’t want to stay there. Anu wishes that Malini doesn’t get betrayed by Aditya as Dev betrayed her. Malini says she can’t believe papa did this. Anu tells Malini that she is trying to find the connection between Dev and Imlie. She says that 20 years ago Dev went to Pagdandiya and had affair with a woman. Malini is shocked. Anu says she is afraid Imlie might be Dev’s daughter. Malini shouts that it’s impossible and tells her to stop. Tripathi family comes in asking what happened. They ask why is Malini tensed. Anu says she didn’t know she raised her daughter to be so weak that she can’t handle the truth. Pankaj says that they shouldn’t trouble Malini as she is already tensed. Malini says she is sorry for scaring them, she tells them she is fine. She says she wants to be alone. Malini wonders if Imlie is really Dev’s daughter. She thinks that she needs to investigate by going to Pagdandiya and meeting Imlie’s mother.
Sundar is cleaning Aditya’s room. He notices a mattress and takes it out to clean it. Taiji sees it and tells everyone how can a couple sleep separately in the same room. Aparna asks why Aditya dropped Imlie at Anu’s house and didn’t even go in. Taiji says Malini told Aditya to drop Imlie over there. Pankaj says he doesn’t understand how Aditya can’t live with such a nice girl as Malini. Rupali enters and says that Imlie was dear to them until she was doing all the work in the family. Now because of one problem they have removed her from their mind. Pankaj says Aditya is being weird since Imlie left. Rupali blames the family for talking badly and conspiring against Imlie when she has done so much for the family.
Imlie asks Dadi why she is cleaning the house and asks her to let her do it. Dadi says she is free, so she is doing it. Anu comes and throws garbage on her. Dadi asks what is she doing. Anu says she is showing Imlie her place. She tells Imlie to clean the garbage. Dadi tells Anu to stop. Anu says she won’t let her pamper Imlie like Dev. She says that she went to Tripathi’s house and they are happy after Imlie left. Anu says that even Aditya is giving attention to Malini. Malini is happy as she is going on her honeymoon with Aditya. Imlie gets angry hearing that. Anu asks Imlie what’s wrong; is she not happy that Malini and Aditya are getting together again. Imlie leaves and doesn’t reply. She prays to Seeta maiya to keep Aditya and Malini happy always. Mithi who is severely ill comes to visit Satyakam. Satyakam asks why she is here. She says she came here to speak about Imlie. He says she should meet Imlie’s baba. Mithi while explaining to him collapses.
