Imlie searches the office for Arvind’s linked articles but is unable to locate them in the entire record room. Nila tries to make Gudiya’s hair look better. Gudiya bemoans the fact that she has been unable to publish photos to social media for the past four hours and is concerned about her destroyed hair. Nila berates Imlie and tells her to stop sobbing. Imlie pays a visit to the Rathore Pharmaceuticals factory and vows to do everything she can to uncover the truth, recalling Aryan’s comments. She then confronts the factory’s security guard with questions. Arvind was a kind-hearted man, according to the guard, who sobs as he remembers Arvind being burned alive in his car in front of him. He goes on to say that a few reporters came to the facility and took pictures, and that Arvind died afterwards. He inquires as to if she knows any reporters.
She remembers Aditya destroying the file and believes he will refuse to assist her, so she needs to find another reporter. She gets back to work after returning home. Aryan brings her an energy drink and shuts down her laptop, allowing her to take a break. She begins a quarrel with him. He covers her mouth with his hand and offers her an energy drink. She takes a sip and exclaims, “It’s bitterer than poison!” as she continues her performance. He feeds her candy and threatens to file a complaint with the corporation. He allegedly changed her bitter mouth into a pleasant one in a flash, according to her. They become absorbed in one other’s gaze.
Arpita, accompanied by Narmada, enters and teases them for arriving at the incorrect time. They both become agitated. Aparna had invited them to the paghphera rite, Narmada informs them. Imlie remembers Meethi pressuring her to marry Aryan, and she believes Meethi misplaced the Paghphera ceremony. Narmada informs them that they will be visiting Tripathi’s house soon. Nila and Gudiya walk in and tease Imlie about how delighted she is to meet her ex-husband at the Tripathi mansion. Imlie responds that she will be attending Pathphera, which her mother has invited her to. She then dismisses them from the room.
Aryan and Imlie pay a visit to the Tripathi residence. Aparna is overjoyed when she sees them and performs their aarti. Aditya comes in and wonders why she didn’t tell him about their visit because he would have left home sooner. Aparna claims that it is Imlie’s home and that Aditya has no right to react. Imlie is shielded by Aryan, who claims that he is shielding her from evil eyes/Aditya, as Aparna stated. Imlie is taken aback. Aditya sighs and walks away frowning. Imlie considers going to Aditya’s interview and knocks on his door. Aditya inquires as to why she is here. She’d like to speak with you about Arvind’s case. He accuses her of coming to assist Aryan and humiliates her with his harsh words. She claims he constantly insults her and casts doubt on her motives, despite the fact that she only wants his help in Arvind’s case and knows he won’t. He comes to a halt and hands her the photos he took. Imlie is present, and Aryan notices her. Aditya inquires about his feelings of insecurity. Aryan claims that he and Imlie don’t need to explain themselves since he trusts his wife. He gets up and walks away. Imlie is taken aback when he recalls his own statements.
Imlie later searches for Arvind’s workers’ list file and visits his room, where she finds it dusty and cleans it. She then takes a look at her laptop. When Aryan sees this, he becomes enraged, and remembers Arvind’s fire accident. He shatters the laptop angrily and cautions her not to think of herself as God, that his life was better before she came into it, that she has complicated his life, and that she should not think of herself as God.
