Today’s Yeh Hai Mohabbatein 18 July episode begins with Arijit visiting Raman (Karan Patel) and thinking how he got Raman into an accident to kidnap him. He promised to bring worse days for Raman. He drugged Raman and told him that he would punish Raman and his entire family for his revenge. He blamed Raman for ruining his life. He wanted to ruin Raman’s life. He told Raman that Bhallas trusted him now and he would make sure that they regretted for their trust. He had enmity with Bhallas. Ruhi and Aaliya told Karan and Yug about their mock fights to end their real fights. They felt someone was deliberately framing them. They wondered who was trying to break them. Ruhi knew that Karan and Yug were two strong pillars of Ishita. Ruhi told them that someone wanted to break down Ishita by removing her support system. She didn’t want this to happen. Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) and Mani searched for Raman at numerous hospitals.
They didn’t get Raman and felt someone had kidnapped Raman. Ishita told him that she was right in her belief that Raman was alive. She sought Mani’s help to find Raman. She made a plan to get Raman home. She asked Mani to keep the plan a secret. Ishita went home happily and told everyone that Raman was coming back home. She celebrated her happiness and hugged Simmi. Mihika found Ishita’s state getting more delusional. She cared for Ishita and wanted her to accept the truth. Ishita got a mangalsutra delivered at home. She told them that Raman had sent the mangalsutra for her. Mihika asked Ishita to come to senses and not get blinded in her illusion.
She told Ishita that Raman was dead and would never come back. Ishita fought with Mihika and kept a knife at her neck. She told Mihika that she would kill her if she spoke ill about Raman. She called Mihika jealous of her. She behaved mad. Simmi controlled Ishita and sent her to the room. Ishita suspected if some enemy had planted a hidden camera in her room again. She told Mani that she had checked her room well and didn’t find the camera. She told Ruhi and Aaliya that Raman was alive and he was kidnapped. She told her plans to behave insane, so that the family sent her to the mental asylum. She told them that she was doing this drama to trick their enemy; she could go free and found Raman at ease.
Ruhi, Aaliya, Karan and Yug got too happy to know this good news. Arijit met them to check on the current situation. He made excuse of work to know about Ishita. Ishita behaved mad once again and ruined her room in rage. The Bhallas worried for Ishita. Arijit overheard Simmi and Mihika’s conversation about Ishita’s mad behavior. He realized that Ishita was losing her mental balance. He rejoiced and felt his plan was working. He wanted to break Bhalla house.
