Today’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 30 August episode starts with Kartik (Mohsin Khan) and Naira (Shivangi Joshi) gearing up for Janmashtami celebration with Kairav for the first time. They shared romantic moments in the beautiful dream. They expressed their yearning for each other. Kartik reminisced the good times. He thought if Naira hadn’t left him and went, they would have been a perfect family. He didn’t want to forgive her, since she had snatched Kairav’s childhood years from him. He wanted to be with his baby since the birth time. He was angry at Naira for taking decisions selfishly. Kairav complimented Naira for looking beautiful in the traditional attire. He made Kartik compliment her as well. Naira sensed Kartik had become distant from her. Kairav asked Kartik to sing praises of Naira.
He asked him to be true by his heart. Kartik complimented Naira, which made Dadi angry. Dadi asked Suwarna why she gave the traditional clothes to Naira. She told Suwarna that they shouldn’t involve Naira in the family functions. She wanted to keep Naira away from Kartik and Vedika. Suwarna told that Kairav wanted Naira to be with him, Kartik wanted her to be part of the family. She felt Dadi had done wrong since Kartik would always love Naira. Kartik didn’t look at Vedika when she came to him. Kairav and Vansh were happy to celebrate like brothers. Kairav impressed Dadi by Naira’s teachings. Dadi was happy that Naira had given him good values.
Suwarna praised Naira for raising Kairav so well, being a single mother. Kartik and Dadi realized that Naira had taught him good things. Kairav sang the Aarti during the veneration.
