In today’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Abhimanyu promises Akshara that he will keep hugging her until her birthday is done. He embraces Akshara. Everyone adores Akshara, says Abhimanyu to her. Not everybody will be with her, he claims, but their love will be with her always. Abhimanyu will be by Akshara’s side forever, he assures her. She claims that her heart only beats for him. According to Abhimanyu, his heart only beats for her. Both become passionate. As a favor to Abhimanyu, Akshara would like to deliver Kunal’s affirmation.
Then in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Akshara prepares for her birthday celebration. Akshara is asked to inspect the cake by Abhimanyu. Akshara compliments Abhimanyu on his cake-making skills. Neil and Parth claim they don’t know whether Akshara is flattering Abhimanyu or making a joke about him. Everybody chuckles. Akshara compliments Abhimanyu on his excellent cake-baking skills. She makes a commitment to Abhimanyu that she won’t ever give up on her aspiration. Although Akshara claims that music was her passion, she will undoubtedly realize her ambition now that Abhimanyu has begun to value her music. Abhimanyu is happy. To cut the cake, he asks her.
Later in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, the Goenka and Birla families offer Akshara a gift. When Akshara receives the mail from Harsh, she breaks down. Vansh requests that Abhimanyu demonstrate his gift to Akshara. Abhimanyu will deliver a gift in front of everyone, according to Manjiri. Vansh and Shefali explain his inability. They compel Abhimanyu to demonstrate his talent. Akshara discovers a sweatshirt inside Abhimanyu’s gift. Akshara is told by Abhimanyu why he is giving her a hoodie. According to him, Akshara is compassionate but occasionally forgets to take care of herself; the hoodie will enable her to isolate herself from the outside world so that she may build a relationship with herself. Manish claims that any husband can offer an expensive gift, but he believes that an Abhimanyu gift is unusual.
Lastly in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Akshara runs away from Abhimanyu and asks Neil. She is not permitted to hide from him, according to Abhimanyu. In exchange for everything, Akshara requests that God repair Abhimanyu’s hand. Neil requests that everyone stand for the group photo. Anand texts Harsh to let him know he misses him. Harsh notices Akshara’s birthday photo and thinks back to his time with Birla. Abhimanyu performs a song for Akshara as a surprise. He is in anguish. When Abhimanyu delivered his message to Akshara, she begged him not to hurt his hand. Abhimanyu regrets it. Abhimanyu is assisted by Akshara in finishing his song. Kairav eventually misses Anisha. To find out whether Anisha wants to keep dating Kairav or not, Swarna, Suhasini, and Manish decide to speak with Mahima and Anand. Goenka is stopped by Kairav. They are urged not to ruin Akshara’s birthday, he says. Abhimanyu was informed by Arohi that Akshara visited the Dargah. Akshara is accompanied by Abhimanyu. Akshara discusses her efforts to find Dr. Kunal.
