Talented young actor Sumbul Touqueer will be part of Swastik Productions’ upcoming show on Sony TV, Chandragupta Maurya.
Sumbul as we know, is the sibling of yet another amazing actor, Saniya Touqueer known for her lead role performance in &TV show, Waaris.
The sisters, Sumbul and Saniya were seen together in shows Jodhaa Akbar and Waaris.
As per our reliable source, “Sumbul will play the role of Shubhada, a very close friend of Chandragupta (Karthikeya Malviya). She will be the daughter of Sukhdev, the greedy shopkeeper played by actor Sukesh Anand.”
As part of the friends gang of Chandragupta, actors Atharva Pandya, Shayank Shukla have been roped in. They will play the roles of Dhoomketu and Sthoolbadhra respectively.
As reported by us, Harsh Mehta will play the role of Indrajalik.
As we know, actors Tarun Khanna, Sourabh Raaj Jain and Nimay Bali are part of the show.
We buzzed Sumbul but could not get through to her.
