Marination: Wash the chicken and unwanted soaked water. Then marinate it with lemon juice, chilli powder, and salt. After storing it for 15 to 20 minutes, go for the second marination process. Finally, marinate it with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, Kasuri methi, oil, turmeric, and garam masala.

Grilling: Grill the chicken in the oven or Tawa. To do it on Tawa, add one teaspoon of butter and fry it on high flame. Fry the chicken until it turns lightly golden.

Butter Chicken Gravy: Heat pure butter in a pan. Add cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom. Saute this paste for one to two minutes. Then add ginger, garlic paste, and green chilies and then fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Now pour the tomato paste with chilli powder, sugar, and salt. Cool the puree until it becomes thick and doesn’t stick to the pan.

After this, pour one cup of water, and also add cashew paste. And then let it boil on simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Now add chicken and let it cook for about 5 to 7 minutes. Also, add chilled cream and cook until the gravy is thick. After it is cooked well, add cream to the hot gravy. Make sure not to cook for a long time after adding cream.

Serve the delicious butter chicken with jeera rice, basmati rice, roti, naan, or paratha.
