You can use a pillow under your neck but also under your back or your legs to get into a relaxed position while sleeping.

If you are someone who sleeps on your sides, you can use a pillow in between your legs and pull your legs a little closer to your chest.

If you are someone who sleeps on your back, it is advisable for you to put a pillow under your knees and also support your lower back with a smaller pillow or a folded bedsheet.
