Hrithik’s fitness instructor, Kris Gethin, recently shed light on the actor’s diet plan, workout routine, and healthy habits that contribute to his enviable physique.

As per reports in Hindustan Times, one of the cornerstones of Hrithik’s fitness routine is his commitment to early morning workouts. Kris Gethin revealed that if the actor is shooting during the day, they kick-start their day as early as 5 or 6 am. Post a nutritious breakfast, Hrithik hits the gym within 45 minutes. The workouts are intense, lasting about an hour, and primarily focus on weight training, showcasing the actor’s dedication to sculpting his body.

According to Kris Gethin, consistency is crucial in Hrithik’s fitness journey. Whether it’s a day or night shoot, the actor maintains a disciplined approach to his workouts, engaging in weight training five days a week. The recovery period is carefully considered, with the frequency adjusted based on Hrithik’s sleep schedule.

In addition to traditional weight training, Hrithik incorporates functional workouts into his routine. Kris Gethin mentioned that sometimes the actor engages in 30 minutes of functional exercises like boxing, kettlebell work, battle ropes, and plyometrics. Cardiovascular health is given due importance in Hrithik’s fitness plan. Kris Gethin revealed that the actor includes cardio sessions once a day, and sometimes even twice a day, depending on the requirements of his role.
