Megan Fox has been in a court struggle with Brad Pitt’s manager Cynthia Pett-Dante for three years. In May 2016, the actress purchased a home from Cynthia. Nevertheless, Fox quickly discovered that the property was riddled with significant problems, such as mould and leaks. All of the damages and restorations necessitated at least $500,000 in repairs.

Fox responded by filing a $5 million lawsuit against Pett-Dant. According to the actress, the mansion caused her health problems and ruined her life. She also claimed that the purchase had caused her to suffer from “chronic migraines” and “continuous stress.” After years of litigation, the case is finally coming to an end.

Despite Megan Fox’s claims that the residence sold by Cynthia Pett-Dante caused her health problems, Judge David Soleto decided in favor of Brad Pitt’s manager. Pett-request Dante’s for summary judgment was also granted, and she was offered a $100,000 settlement under California Civil Code 998.

As per court documents acquired by DailyMail, Megan Fox approved Brad Pitt’s manager’s offer, which is one-fiftieth of the sum she was seeking. According to some sources, this decision looks to be a cash bribe to have the case dismissed with prejudice and prevent the actress from opposing and appealing again and again.

According to other sources, the judge also blamed Fox for ignoring her real estate lawyer Joseph D’Onofrio’s counsel. Megan was cautioned that the purchase was “nightmarish, ill-advised, and hazardous.” It didn’t stop her from suing him as well.

As per the study, Megan Fox also stated that she did not review the critical emails or inspection reports that informed her of the problems. She also admitted that she pushed through the sale with Brad Pitt’s manager Cynthia Pett-Dante despite knowing it had serious faults because it was the only Malibu home in her price range and she wanted her children to attend a school there.
