In an exclusive collaboration on BeerBicep’s video podcast called The Ranveer Show, Saif Ali Khan spoke about everything from acting, money, mental health, his advice to his daughter Sara Ali Khan on her career, his love for reading, and also about how much he dislikes fame.

The Ranveer Show is a one of a kind video Podcast hosted by Ranveer Allahbadia on his YouTube channel BeerBiceps that has more than 2.3 million subscribers. It is India’s brainiest podcast on self-improvement which documents success stories and struggles of people from all walks of life.

When Ranveer asked Saif about his life and growth so far, Saif said, “I am a slow learner. I think I am still learning acting and also life. Whereas on the subject of death, he said, “Everything is driven by the fact that we are all going to die one day;  that’s why art is great as it captures moments, thoughts and stories – which is kind of us freezing time and defying the oblivion of time, of death. You feel like let me create something that will maybe last forever.”

Saif also strongly expressed his dismay on fame. He said that he does not like being famous and that he thinks fame is a hindrance in getting things done. He explained that he finds it annoying because it stops him from wanting to just walk around the city doing his own thing.

On what advice does he give to Sara for he career, he said, “I always tell her to focus on the acting and not being a star. And to always be herself.”

On money, Saif said,” While most people like the feeling of making the money, I like to convert it into fun and experiences instead. So I spend more than half of it to enjoy and have fun while save some for the future.”
