Team India is currently in red hot form in limited overs crickets and the recent statistics certainly talk highly of the same. If we keep out the series loss against Bangladesh, team India have off-late done quite well in the limited overs format in both T20I as well as ODI. Earlier, India managed to seal a whitewash against Sri Lanka during the ODI series which they won 3-0 and now, they are looking forward to repeating the same heroics in the ODI series against New Zealand. Well, they exactly managed to do that with perfection in the ODI series. They won the series 3-0 and it was a crushing victory indeed. Now, they are looking forward to repeating the same in the T20I series as well.
In the 2nd T20I, batting first, New Zealand scored 99/8 at the end of 20 overs. In response, India scored 101/4 at the end of 19.4 overs.
India beat New Zealand by 6 wickets.
