He follows a very strict diet plan too. His workout session mainly includes running, weight-lifting, hand exercise, push-ups, crunches, squats, and many more. He can hit the gym now, and thus, he is exercising back at his home, with his entire family.

He has posted some videos of him with his wife, Ayesha Mukherjee, and his son, Zoravar Dhawan. He has been seen practicing boxing with his son, in the morning and running across the corridors. His most innovative workout during the lockdown is, “Pocha training”, where he was seen tie a broomstick with elastic and working out.
