Lavin Gothi who is presently playing the second lead in Yeh Teri Galliyan talks about his role and show.

Talented youngster Lavin Gothi who is presently essaying the role of Hridoy Mazumdar in Zee TV’s popular show, Yeh Teri Galliyan (Cinevista) is happy to be playing a role that is quite challenging.

Being in the character, he needs to show an energetic zeal irrespective of having a limp as a result of an incident during his childhood.

Says Lavin, “I got this role as Palki M’aam believed that I can do complete justice to the role. Yes, playing the role has been a challenge. The guy is very bubbly and energetic, at the same time has a limp as a physical defect. To be in the character all the time is tough. It was quite complicated to smile at the same time, show a limp. Initially, I used to struggle with the nature of limp I had to put in. And maintaining the same consistency throughout is indeed a challenge. But now I have gotten used to the character and its limitations.”

Lavin has been known for his performances in Dil Dosti Dance, Bade Achche Laggte Hain.

On his character, Lavin states, “He is very pure at heart and lives in the moment. This is what I like about his character. He is positive, and does not plan his moves. He does not carry any burden in life. He likes to live each and every moment. With Hridoy falling in love with Asmita (Vrushika Mehta), viewers can expect lot of interesting twists. They will connect with Hridoy because he is so relatable. True love will come pouring out of Hridoy now.”

Ask him about the chances of playing negative, he states, “I don’t know. He lives with his true emotions. So you cannot expect him to go in a straight line.”

Gear up for an entertaining love triangle between Shantanu (Avinash Mishra), Asmita (Vrushika Mehta) and Hridoy..
