Sony SAB is all set to launch a new show named Sab Satrangi. The daily will take the viewers through the journey of a young man Manu, who sticks to his virtues of goodness and optimism, despite the odds life throws at him. Handsome hunk Mohit Kumar, who entertained masses as Shravan in Ek Duje Ke Vaaste 2, will play the lead role of Manu in the above-mentioned project.

Glad to be associated with Sab Satrangi, Mohit said, “I am excited to be back on screen with a new show. The character that I am playing in the show, Manu, is very simple. In real life, I am not at all like my on-screen character. In fact, I am the opposite of it. This is one special opportunity where a show allows me to perform a character that is so rare, loving, and believes in the goodness of people. As artists, we always strive to play characters that are beyond conventions and unlike us. Manu is one such role and I am delighted to play the part. I have worked extremely hard on my character and hope that my fans will love watching Manu on screen.”

He further spoke about the show and added, “The storyline is very different from what the audiences have watched on television so far. So, it will strike the right chord as it’s genuine, candid, and something that will engage the viewers with its simplicity. My character Manu’s charm will make people fall in love with Manu and relate to his simplicity. We hardly come across such types of people in real life now.”

Mohit revealed that his character resonates with his father. “When I was preparing for the role, Saurabh sir briefed me about the character. When I gradually started understanding my character, the thoughts of my father kept crossing my mind. Manu’s character resonates with my father. I am taking inspiration from my father to play the role.”

He finally thanked his fans and shared, “I will take this opportunity to thank my fans for continuously showering me with their immense love and support. I want fans to shower an equal amount of love to Sab Satrangi as we promise to entertain.”
