Kaveri Priyam the talented actress who has excelled in the role of Kuhu Rajvansh in Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke has gotten into the popular and long-running show Shakti Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki, the Colors show.
Says Kaveri, “Isha has been Virat’s childhood friend. She has been loving him immensely. She has gotten into his life post the death of Heer (Jigyasa Singh). It is an interesting role and I am enjoying playing it.”
“I always wanted to work with Rashmi Sharma Productions. The show has been doing well for a long time now. Above all, I wanted to work for Colors (smiles).”
“The stint with Shakti Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki is giving me good exposure. Isha is very much different from Kuhu. Kuhu was all talkative and childish. Isha is mature; she is a doctor and has been into huge responsibilities. I am working with really very good actors.”
Working with Simbba Nagpal is fun for Kaveri. “Jigyasa and Simbba are really good. Shakti is a very good unit to work with. The Director helps me a lot. The co-actors are very chilled out and we do a lot of pranks on the set.”
With the vaccine coming into the market, Kaveri feels that there is a more chilled out zone on the set. “Yes, the fear of Covid has reduced to an extent with the vaccine getting available. However, if you ask me, I will rather prefer to eat well and keep my body healthy, rather than taking the vaccine. It is always better to tone your body with good food and have a great immune system. If you do so, the chances of falling ill are less. That’s what I believe in.”
