Piew Jana who essays the role of Jhabbo in Krishna Chali London is not happy about her character being side-lined and is on the verge of quitting the show.

Piew Jana contemplates quitting Krishna Chali London

Talented and good looking actor Piew Jana is a bit upset these days. She had joined Parin Multimedia’s Star Plus show Krishna Chali London a year back with the hope that her lead character Radhey’s (Gaurav Sareen) elder sister role Jhabbo will grow into a powerful role .

However much to her dismay there has been no growth to her character. “I am being used as a prop who just stands among the crowd with hardly any dialogues.”

“I am a professional artist and the fact that hardly any of my blocked dates get used means I am losing out financially as well,” says Piew who also has done a film called Meri Sai Ram, her other TV projects include Main Kuch Bhi Kar Sakti Hoon and a very short stint in Parin Media’s earlier show Zindagi Ek Mahek as well.

“Also I am not very pleased with my look, which makes me look much older then what I really am. Whenever I ask about my character coming into her own, they keep stalling for time on the pretext that either the rating is low (as it was before) or on the main track getting centrestage,” laments the actress.

So what have you finally decided? “Well I have talked turkey to the Producers who have again asked me for two weeks failing which I will then serve the required one month notice. I don’t want to leave on a bad note, as I respect my craft/team, but I cannot wait for long. I would have waited had I been clearly informed that Jhabbo will be given her due post Radhey’s sudden death, but alas.”

May the best happen!!
