At the beginning of the episode, Anuj informs Anupamaa that he understands it’s a family issue, but they should take care of Rohan before he bothers Nandini again. Vanraj assures Anuj that he will take after Rohan and thanks to him for his concern. Mr Shah, Anuj says, “absolutely no worry.” Vanraj claims that Rohan has already done so and that all they have to do now is follow it; he isn’t weak enough to let someone leave who is bothering his children. Anupamaa claims that if they spare Rohan now, he will damage her more and that he should be afraid of her instead. Nandini, according to Bapuji, should stay with them until the problem is resolved. Nandini will stay with them, Anupamaa says, and they will end a mahisasur/evil like Rohan tomorrow on Dussehra. Vanraj expresses his desire to sever Rohan’s head right now. Anuj claims that if someone had their eyes on his love, he would break Rohan’s head with his hockey stick, but that this is the incorrect way to do it and that he may then go the legal road. She claims she had no idea he would leave quietly, but now she does. Anuj says he didn’t want Baa and Vanraj to feel uncomfortable because of the setting at home. Anupamaa says she has something to speak to him. He begs that you refrain from thanking him. She goes on to remark that she is fortunate that he is with her. Anupamaa claims that tomorrow is Dusshera and that everything would be great with God’s blessings. She says she’ll thank him if Anuj does well, and she’ll chastise Vanraj if he makes a mistake. Vanraj recalls Samar holding Anuj and believes that Anuj has become a hero in the life of his children, but that he will return him to zero shortly. GK interprets this to suggest Nandini has been located, and Anupamaa has told him something that makes him pleased. Yes, Anuj says. GK predicts that they will have a great time this Dussehra.
The Shah family does Devimaa’s pooja the next morning, while Anuj and GK perform pooja in their home. Samar claims that he did what Anuj would have done and punished Rohan for his transgressions; Anuj claims that he did wrong and that his parents have the right to know everything. Samar claims to have heeded his instruction. Anuj claims that he didn’t fully listen and react like any other new-generation child, that his actions will not assist Nandini but will just please his ego, that his sweetheart can fight her own battle and that all he needed to do was support her, and so on. Samar claims he got here after hitting Rohan with a rod.
