Today’s Ek Bhram Sarvagun Sampanna 11 June episode begins with Kavya picking up Pooja Sharma’s file from Manohar’s stuff and opening it when Aarush walked it. She dropped the files. Aarush asked her about Badimaa/Jahnvi. Kavya answered that she was resting. He asked her why were people surrounding her, Kavya told him to go away and play.

She picked up the files and seeing PK and Raghav, she told them that she overheard them talking and went to search Manohar’s room and found three files. Raghav took those files to study them. She walked in Jahnvi’s room. PK asked her what oil does she use. She answered that she use amla oil but PK suggested her to use Almond oil instead. He could tolerate her after saving Jahnvi. Raghav took those files and went home.
Dhruv mourned Ishani’s condition. Kabir and Jay tried to calm him down. Dhruv questioned why would Manohar want to kill Jahnvi and Ishani. Kabir promised to find it out. He went over to Kavya with milk. He took a sip from it and offered her. She took a sip from it but Kabir told her to drink the whole thing. Kavya sat with Jahnvi and nursed her.

Jahnvi started shouting ‘Rani run Rani run’ in her unconscious state. She got silent when Kavya asked her what happened. Kabir and Kavya sit together in the lawn to discuss about the incident when Ishani came running and panicking about Jahnvi. They asked her why Manohar wanted to kill her and Jahnvi, to which she pretented to have a memory loss. Kabhir told her to rest and sends her to her room.

Raghav got drunk and started checking the files. He fell asleep as he opened Pooja Sharma’s file. Next morning, Jahnvi woke up and seeing this Dhruv got relieved and told her that he loves her and wouldn’t know what to do if something would’ve happened to her. Jahnvi was still unsure of trusting Dhruv. After a wile, Jahnvi entered Manohar’s room and started mocking and taunting his photoframe. She got worried searched for some clue.
