Today’s Kasautii Zindagii Kay 18 April episode begins with Komolika lashing out on Mishka for having backstabbed her and she mocks her for that. When Mishka ends up asking about Anurag, Komolika gets angry and snaps at her.
Nivedita feels strongly that Anurag must have gone to meet Prerna and she says this to Mohini and Komolika. But Mohini fails to believe her. The ladies are then heard gossiping about Anurag’s relationship with Prerna because of which Komolika fumes in anger. Suddenly, Anurag comes back home.
Nivedita and Mohini do Komolika’s grah pravesh rituals. Anurag recalls his past moment with Prerna in a similar situation which gets him nostalgic.
Anurag thinks in his mind and says that he will take revenge from Komolika for hurting Prerna and vows that he will torture Komolika to the core.The police officers tell Veena and Shivani that they will have to hire a lawyer to get Prerna out of jail.
Anurag and Komolika start playing a post-wedding game. Anurag wins the game and states that he will always win from her. Prerna cries thinking about how Anurag is making their wedding a laughing stock in front of everyone.
Then, Komolika gets high after drinking alcohol and Anurag is quick to rescue her to the room. Just then Komolika forces herself on Anurag. In his anger, Anurag slaps Komolika by saying that only Prerna has a right on him. The written update of 18 April 2019 Kasautii Zindagii Kay episode ends here
