The episode starts with Sonu coming home and boasting about winning the badminton match against Tappu. Bhide tells Madhvi that he’s very happy to see the kids playing a sport instead of being stuck on the phone. Madhvi tells him to do it too. He says he can’t do it because he has other work that is just as tiring. Madhvi tells him that cooking and making tea are also sports.
Bhide starts pacing again. He tells her that he has been thinking about something. He says he wants to plan the Ganesh Utsav this year. She tells him to leave it to Tappu Sena and he also has a lot of other work. But he is adamant. She tells him to think about the idea tomorrow morning, But he doesn’t sleep. He still thinks of what to do for the Ganesh Utsav that will be different. The next day he is back to pacing and thinks he almost walked into Madhvi who had tea for him. She tells him to let it be and let the Mahila Mandal handle it. But he refuses; he says he never gets a chance.
He sits with his tea and immediately gets an idea. He thanks Madhvi. He leaves to put the news of a meeting on the notice board. He keeps getting interrupted by everyone entering. Eventually, he tells them they are going to hold a meeting for the Ganesh Utsav. They discuss and decide to meet at 10 after work. They all leave for work.
He gets home and tells Madhvi about it. Sonu tells him she is leaving. And he asks her where. She tells him there is a Tappu Sen about Ganesh Utsav. He tells her she doesn’t need to go because he is going to plan it this year. He even has an idea. HE doesn’t tell them the idea though. Sonu doesn’t agree and leaves for the Tappu Sena meeting.
Tappu is excited about all of the Ganesh Utsav. Sonu enters and apologises for being late. They discuss all of their ideas. Sonu tells them there’s no use thinking of an idea. And she tells them that Bhide has an amazing plan. The episode ends with Tappu saying that like always Tappu Sena will be the ones preparing the Ganesh Utsav.
