Today’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 09 August episode starts with Kartik (Mohsin Khan) getting to know that Kairav was the kid for whom he had spoken to the doctor. He got Naira’s (Shivangi Joshi) message by mistake. He learned that Kairav was critically ill. He got worried and ran from the house to see Kairav at the hospital. Dadi didn’t want him to go anywhere at this time. She stopped him and told him that Vedika loved him and she should get some value in the family.
Kartik told her that he would come soon after meeting Kairav. He got restless and pleaded her to let her go. She asked him to get married and then go to the hospital.
