Today’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 13 June episode starts with Gayu and Vansh asking Kartik to come and have food. Kartik (Mohsin Khan) said he was not hungry and had mango milkshake some time back. Manish asked Suwarna if he really drank mango milkshake. She said no. Samarth asked if he should call him. Akhilesh said no since it was Naira’s birthday and he becomes like that at this time. Gayu said this distance will never end. Vedika saw them and said to trust her that she didn’t feel bad and she knew it’s tough for Kartik. Surekha said his courage broke on this day and they don’t know where he goes on Naira’s (Shivangi Joshi) birthday. Samarth said they didn’t ask him because they know he wanted to be alone with Naira’s memories.

Kairav said he didn’t know about her likes. Liza said she doesn’t know too. He saw some people partying. He saw a bag. He got a passport and ran to give it. Naira also helped someone in Rishikesh before. Kairav said stop, it’s their passport. She thanked him. He said welcome. She gave him money. Liza said he got a passport fallen there and returned it, he got money. He said he got this idea. She said now he can get anything he wanted for Tina’s birthday. Kartik saw Naira’s pictures. Kairav saw the time, clock ticked at 12. Kartik said happy birthday Naira. Kairav said happy birthday Tina. Kartik cried. Naira hugged Kairav and kissed.

She recalled Kartik. He said very happy birthday and that he loves you. Naira said thanks. Kartik said he knows she loves surprises and so she will like it a lot. Kairav asked her to open eyes and come to see the surprise. Kartik lighted and decorated happy birthday Naira on the grass. Kairav put some lights and wrote happy birthday Tina on the grass. Naira cried seeing that. She said that it was really beautiful. She hugged him. He said he had another surprise. He got a gift and said she is super special. Kartik said she is very special and there can’t be anyone like her. Kairav said ‘I love you 1,2,3’ and she laughed. ‘Yahan wahan’ played Kartik lied down on the grass and saw the sky. Naira and Kairav lied down and saw the sky. They saw a shooting star and made a wish.

Suwarna put garlands on Naira’s picture. Gayu said it was Naira’s birthday today. Vansh said she was with God; he would be celebrating her birthday. Suwarna said they love her. Samarth said that was why Kartik loved her so much even today. The ashram manager and kids came. The kids sang happy birthday. Dadi said they all were there. Kartik said he got her there; he used to go to Rishikesh to celebrate her birthday with them. Vedika said she will do arrangements of his stay. Manager says I didn’t see you before. Vansh said he doesn’t know her, Kartik was going to marry Vedika, and he got her there some years back. Kartik introduced Vansh to the kids. Kairav asked Naira to come fast. Naira saw the breakfast. She saw smiley made on muffins and recalled Kartik. Kairav said to have it. She ate the sandwich. He said no yoga or no work today. He had messaged everyone by help of Liza. She made him drink juice. She asked who called her to wish, like Liza, Mary and Father wished her. She said Liza, Maria, that’s all. He asked if she had friends. She recalled her friends and Kartik.

She asked him to get sugar. She cried and said why are they putting her in this problem and thousands of questions popped up in her mind like can she ever meet Kartik or will Kairav ever meet his father. Kairav came to her. She said he was asking about Kartik. Liza called her to wish. Naira said Kairav made the breakfast. Liza wished her and cut the call. Naira turned and saw Kairav. She asked why her take did much time to get water. She made him drink the juice. Kartik made a cake. Liza made a cake. Kairav said it was his mum’s birthday so he will make the cake since she only has him in her life.

He said Naira got tears having the fruit cake, she said she was happy. Liza said she had some milk with fruit cake, which they weren’t able to understand. Kartik saw the fruits and recalled Naira. She said everything was perfect but warned him not to make fruit cake on her birthday since she wasn’t ill. Kartik reluctantly agreed.

Everyone sat for the puja. Kartik dif the rituals before Vedika helped. He stopped Vedika. He gave money from his wallet. He gave prasad to everyone. Dadi said to go with her. She took Kartik. Naira made Kairav with flowers. The name flew off with the wind. She questioned the Lord. She said if he didn’t ask that question, this would have not happened, Lord kept her alive for Kairav. She cried on her fate. She said she couldn’t tell him about Kairav, their son, Kaira’s Kairav. She talked how Kairav was like him who troubles her a lot but also loves her.
