Today’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 26 June episode starts with Naira (Shivangi Joshi) searching for Kairav. Kartik (Mohsin Khan) reached Goa and rushed to the Carnival event place to find Kairav. He hadn’t seen Kairav until now and didn’t even know his name. He thought how he will find the boy who assumed him to be his father. Kartik wished that some miracle happened that the boy came in front of him. Kairav got the signs of the SDM as told by Naira and realized that the special day had finally arrived in his life. He got delighted to meet Kartik. Kartik tried to find him. He checked the pictures sent by Kairav. Kairav shouted happily that his dad had come. Naira got the police to the Carnival and looked for Kairav. Kartik saw Kairav in the school uniform. He went towards Kairav. Kairav went away from there and played with the balloons.
Kartik got mistaken when he saw a couple loving Kairav. He thought the couple was Kairav’s parents. He went to find some other kid. Police didn’t find Kairav there. Naira didn’t want to go away and stayed back to find her son. She sensed Kartik but didn’t see him because of the crowd. Kartik was close to Naira but didn’t see her. Kairav waited for Kartik. He thought where was Kartik and if he should call him again. Kartik didn’t want Kairav to fall in any problem. Kartik saw another kid in a uniform. He thought he was the kid who called him. The kid called him uncle and Kartik thought he wasn’t the right one. Kairav thought of how to charge the phone to call Kartik. Kartik feared that Kairav was in some problem. Naira shouted for Kairav. She failed to see him anywhere. Naira and Kartik heard the call from Church and rushed there to pray. They both prayed to meet Kairav once. Kairav thought maybe his dad had come and didn’t find him. He wanted to meet his dad at any cost. Kartik saw Kairav in trouble and ran to save him from the accident. Naira went from the church.
Kartik saw Kairav who got dizzy. Kartik thought Kairav was the kid who had called him to Goa. Kairav saw the rainbows and called Kartik as his dad. This brought a happy moment for both of them. Naira was worried that she didn’t find her son. Kairav told Kartik that he had already got the signs of his coming. Naira still continued her search. Kairav asked Kartik what was his business, why he was away from them and why he didn’t come home. Kartik got delighted to hear him and cried. Kairav wiped his tears. Naira got the same signs of special day meet of Kartik and Kairav. She couldn’t believe when she saw the sky pink and two rainbows in the sky. She saw the footsteps of Kairav and Kartik. She thought how it could happen and wondered if she was imagining this. Kartik asked Kairav how many questions will he ask. Kairav told him that they didn’t meet before, so he had many things to ask him.
Kartik got too emotional on getting true love and respect from Kairav. He hugged Kairav and told him that they should go home now. Naira thought Kartik could never meet Kairav and maybe she waa over thinking in tension. Dadi and Vedika reached Goa and checked in a hotel. Dadi got Manish’s call. She asked Manish not to have tensions. Manish informed her that Kartik left the meeting and went to Goa. Dadi was happy and thought Kartik had gone for Vedika. She told Vedika that Kartik had come to Goa for her sake. Vedika got too happy seeing Kartik’s interest. Suwarna knew that Kartik was least interested in Vedika. She was aware of Kartik and Kairav’s phone conversations. She wondered if Kartik had gone to Goa on Kairav’s invitation. Dadi asked Vedika to stay happy. Suwarna called Kartik to know about him.
Kartik wss busy with Kairav and didn’t answer the call. Kartik and Kairav headed to home and played on the way. Kairav wanted to take him to the school. Kartik told him that school will be closed now, they should go home first. He asked about the house address. He asked Kairav to call her mum and ask her to cook food for them. Kairav wanted to surprise Naira. He asked Kartik not to inform Naira. He told Kartik how much Naira missed him and cried. Kartik realized that Kairav loved his mum a lot. He took clues from Kairav and tried to find the house. Kartik thought Kairav was smart, but not so lucky as his family wasn’t complete. Kartik took Kairav home and missed to see Naira’s picture.
