Today’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 7 June episode starts with Naira (Shivangi Joshi) leaving the house and Kartik (Mohsin Khan) is crying. She cried and recalled their marriage. She thought of his words and drove off from there. Kartik shouted Naira. Naira asked Kartik why he did that. He threw the things. He recalled her words. She saw a truck coming her way. Truck stopped. Kartik thought about what he did and asked such thing. She drove to the dangerous construction site. The workers blew mines to break rocks.
The man warned that the blast might cause a landslide. Kartik wondered where Naira is and the bulb blasted and her picture caught fire. The man saw clear route and signed the other man. He saw a car going and worried. He signed the other man to stop. The other man blasted the road. Naira recalled Kartik and cried. The blast happened. The men ran to see. Everyone came home. Kartik shouted apology to Naira and asked everyone where she is and if they have see her.
Suwarna said no and that they just came back from temple. Dadi asked what happened. Kartik said he made mistake and called out for Naira. The men went to see and saw the car burning. They saw Naira lying unconscious inside. They said they need to help her. They got a file fallen out of the car and checked it.
Manish asked what happened. The man said call wasn’t answered. Kartik shouted Naira. Manish suggested she might be home but her phone is here. The man said the girl won’t get saved and called an ambulance fast.
Kartik got a call from Naira. The man asked Kartik? Kartik got shocked. Manish asked what happened. Kartik ran out of the house and everyone followed him. The man said we will try to save her.
Other men stopped him. Kartik left in the car.
Samarth followed him. Suwarna hoped that Naina is fine. She went to Kartik’s room and saw things here and there. She saw Naira’s burnt picture. She called Manish and asked him to tell her if he found Naira, the room was messed up like they had a fight. Everyone got worried. Kartik reached. The men warned Kartik to not go ahead since it is dangerous. Naira said to her baby that she had to get out of the car and that they will soon go back to Kartik. Kartik looked for her.
Manish and Samarth saw the burning car. Dadi and everyone cried. Kartik got hurt in his foot. He sat there and removed the thorn from his foot. Naira saw Kartik and extended her hand to him but he started leaving. She held her head and fainted.
Another blast could be heard and everyone thought of Naira to be dead. Everyone mourned for her death. Manish consoled Kartik. Everyone cried for the loss and Kartik recalled his last moments and questioned his choices. He remembered the last moment of the blasts and cried holding her pic.
