In today’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Abhimanyu asks Anisha why she is crying. Manjiri claims to be aware of the truth. Anisha stands in shock. Manjiri tells that Anisha experiences pre-marriage dread like any other girl. Mahima mentions having cold feet. She claims Anisha is simply experiencing the same things. Manjiri tells Anisha to calm down.
Mahima tells Anisha not to worry about Suhasini since she will soon understand. Abhimanyu tells Anisha not to cry as Kairav is a decent person. He continues to say that he sometimes unintentionally or intentionally hurts Akshara but Kairav will never do that to you. Anisha cries more. Akshara expresses to Kairav her sense of helplessness. She claims that because of Anisha, she can’t pressure Abhimanyu. Kairav claims he must act quickly since he can’t handle the cheating.
Then in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Kairav decides to tell the families the truth. Akshara stops Kairav. Abhimanyu and Kairav clutch each other’s collars. When she sees Kairav and Abhimanyu, Akshara becomes restless. Then she realises that everything is fine and she is just over-thinking. Abhimanyu sees Kairav standing alone and asks him what’s wrong. He enquires of Kairav whether he shares the same fear like Anisha. Abhimanyu requests Akshara to handle Kairav the way he handles Anisha. Abhimanyu asks Kairav as to what is the matter. Kairav claims he has important work to do and leaves. Mahima and Suhasini talk about Kairav and Anisha’s wedding. Mahima says that they will send the Goenkas bridal clothing in the same manner that they did for Akshara and Abhimanyu’s wedding.
Later in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Suhasini requests Mahima to not send clothing for anyone except for Kairav. Swarna tells them that they will bring the lehenga for Anisha. Mahima becomes irritated. Anisha follows Kairav. Kairav insists Anisha to tell the truth to the families and abort their wedding. Anisha becomes upset. Kairav claims that they got engaged, but they won’t be participating in any rituals moving forward. Akshara overhears the conversation between Kairav and Anisha. She supports Kairav. Abhimanyu observes Anisha and Akshara. Shefali learns about Mahima’s concern. She claims Anisha is having a problem.
Shefali tells Mahima to stop overthinking. Maya sends a message to Kunal. Maya makes a death threat. Kunal runs to Maya.
Lastly in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Akshara and Abhimanyu discuss Anisha’s wedding. He claims to be thrilled. He enquires about Akshara’s well-being and Akshara pretends to be happy. Then, Abhimanyu and Akshara save a child’s life on a road. Abhimanyu becomes anxious as he worries that he wouldn’t have been able to save the child if Akshara wasn’t there with him. Akshara assists Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu tells Akshara to swear that she will never leave him. Akshara assures Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu tells Akshara that if her singing competition and his surgery falls on the same day then she should choose her competition.
Akshara says that she can do anything for Abhimanyu. Later, the Birlas find out that Kunal cancelled Abhimanyu’s surgery. Abhimanyu is dissatisfied. Akshara becomes restless thinking about everyone, especially for Abhimanyu. She prays to God for assistance in handling the problem.
