Abhay the ZEE5 series produced by Akshay Singh’s Fiction Factory received huge response in its first edition.
The series starred Kunal Kemmu in the role of SSP Abhay Pratap Singh.
The hard-hitting crime thriller touched upon cases of kidnapping, rape, murder, cannibalism n children and much more in a very interesting and intriguing way.
Now the series will be back soon with its Season 2.
Yes you heard it right!!
Abhay will be back to streaming in October this year is what we hear.
As per a reliable source, “The planning for the Season 2 is presently. The team will go on floor with the new season in September. And the streaming is planned for October.”
We hear that though the planning is in its nascent stage, Kunal Kemmu is confirmed to be seen in Season 2. He will again be playing the role of Abhay, and will continue from where he left in Season 1.
The first edition had actors Sandeepa Dhar, Rituraj Singh, Deepak Tijori, Elnaaz Norouzi, Maninee Mishra, Anshuman Jha, Yashashri Masurkar, Namit Das, Kiran Juneja, Aayam Mehta, Mukesh Rishi, Harsh Mayar, Prashant Narayanan in its cast.
We buzzed the spokesperson at ZEE5 but did not get through for comments.
