A big and important update is coming in ladies and gentlemen.

Earlier, the Delhi High Court on Wednesday had reserved orders in a plea that was moved by real estate tycoon Sushil Ansal. The restraint was sought to stop release of January 13 release of Netflix’s next, Trial By Fire. For the unversed, the series is based on the 1997 Uphaar Cinema fire in which 59 people were killed. Not just that, Ansal, along with his brother Gopal who owned Uphaar Cinema had also sought a restrain of the further publication of the book, Trial By Fire.

Earlier, during the course of the hearing, senior advocate Siddharth Aggarwal had submitted before a single judge bench of Justice Yashwant Varma the case that pertains to an ‘unfortunate incident’ that had resulted in death of 59 people and injuries to 100 people. Due to all these reasons, the release of the series looked doubtful. However, the latest news as per Producer Sidharth Jain is that they have now won in the high court. This simultaneously means that there’s no stay against the project and it will continue to stream from tomorrow as per original plan.
