The Master Cleanse diet includes concoction of lemon juice, maple syrup, cayenne pepper and water which is recommended to follow for at least ten days. While the juice diet is the juices that cleanse your body like fruit or vegetable juices.
A detox diet advantages you physically as well as mentally. A detox diet has positive effects on your mental health. Detox diet removes toxic substances and it leads to healthy, glowing skin. It clears acne and makes your skin glowing. The removal of toxic substances aids the absorption of vitamins and other nutrients. Detox diet boosts your immune system and makes your organs healthier.
Colon cleansing a recommended part of detox diet has some side-effects like cramping, bloating, nausea and vomiting. Sometimes, dehydration can also be a concern. Though there are some disadvantages, a detox diet can benefit your health too.
