I generally don’t cook at home, I only do it when nobody’s there to make something for me and when I do I make those ‘easy to make’ food like Poha or Upma.

Easy to make Poha
Ingredients:
Poha 1 and a half cup
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Onion
Edible oil
Mustard seed
Cumin seeds
Peanuts
Turmeric powder
Red chilli powder
Lemon
Salt
Soak one and a half cups of Poha (make sure it doesn’t get sticky). Chop one medium-size onion and green chilli. Now heat a pan with half tsp oil and fry peanuts until golden brown. Heat the same pan with 2 tsp oil and add mustard seed, cumin seeds and some curry leaves until it splatter.
Now add chopped onion and green chilli and add some haldi and red chilli powder. Saute it for two mins. Finally, add soaked poha to it and mix well. Put salt according to your taste. Add fried peanuts and squeeze some lemon juice to taste. Your easy-to-make Poha is ready.
