Push-ups, because they can be done anywhere and at anytime
What is your morning routine?
I wake up at 8AM if not shooting and I need to eat my breakfast the moment I wake up

Stairs or lift?
Stairs always, unless it’s for a meeting or a party
One tip for everyday fitness?
Workout every day even if for 15mins. I do 100 push-ups every day. Usually, I do it in two sets but depending on my mood and energy level, it could be 4 sets of 25 as well. But I ensure I do 100 every day, sometimes with 100 squats as well
