It depends on whether I have finished my Cardio Routine for the day. If I have done it, I take the lift. Otherwise, it is the stairs
Your best morning routine will comprise of:
I get up and take a cup of tea. I prefer hitting the gym early in the morning.
Your favourite lockdown exercise:
Luckily, I have all the weights I need for my workout at home. So I used to do weight training, skipping, walking etc. I also have spinning cycle at home. So I never face any problems working out during the lockdown.

I take supplements in protein for my protein intake. I also take Multivitamins.
Best way to burn calories:
Start your routine with a cardio exercise. It increases your metabolism and your activities throughout the day will burn more calories
