Epsom salts
Epsom salt has some qualities that help relax your muscles very calmly and instantly. It works wonders with just a little amount of salt in warm water. Soak your sore muscles with this water until the water turns to room temperature, it will give you instant relief in no time.

Apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar does the same job as Epsom Salts. The only difference is that you can consume a teaspoon full of this vinegar with some water or even directly apply it externally on your sore muscles.

Essential oils
Essential oils like lemongrass and peppermint are known to help relax your muscles and give instant relief. Mixing these oils with some coconut water and massaging your affected muscle will give you some relief.
