The concept of cheat food does not exist for me. I listen to my body. If my body wants to have sweet, I eat it, or matter of fact, anything. If I do not listen to my body, that will be cheating, if you ask me. It is unethical for me if I do not listen to my body.
There is no particular exercise that is my favourite. But one thing that I do daily is skipping and jumping.
The purpose of exercise for you is:
To have a stable mind. Also, I work out so that I can be calm and at peace. Exercise gives me the right source of draining my energy.
Fruit or juices:
I prefer fruit to juices.
Stairs or lift:
Stairs, but if I have had a good workout, I might take the lift.
Your best morning routine will comprise of:
I wake up, do my meditation. I help my kids in getting ready and going to school, and later workout.
Your favourite lockdown exercise:
Climbing stairs. We are living in a tower, so I used to climb up and down 10-15 times during the lockdown.
Yoga Or Weights:
I believe in a complete workout. So I cannot define what I will do and what I will not do. My workout has everything which includes weights and Yoga.
Walking or Jogging:
For me, walking is a form of meditation. I talk to myself and think too. It is a leisure activity for me.
Your take on health supplements:
I prefer everything that is Ayurvedic and herbal.
Best way to burn calories:
I would say s*x, but since it is seldom, I will say workout and exercise.
Your take on six-pack abs:
If you can have it, then wonderful!!
One tip for everyday fitness:
It is all about pushing yourself to work out daily.
