Maddox Jolie-Pitt, twenty, Vivienne and Knox Jolie-Pitt, thirteen, Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, fifteen, and Zahara Jolie-Pitt, sixteen, attended the event with their mother. Angelina Jolie donned a strapless brown gown with matching heels, a gold chain band, and her hair down to the shoulders for the premiere. Her wrists were adorned with gold bracelets, and she wore minimal make-up. Maddox wore a black suit, Zahara a shimmering silver gown, and Knox a black and green suit. Shiloh was dressed in a beige gown, while Vivienne donned a cream gown.
Angelina Jolie portrays Thena, a superbeing with incredible strength, endurance, speed, reflexes, and agility in the film Eternals. Angelina Jolie discussed her children’s emotions in a 2019 interview with PEOPLE regarding her participation. “What moves me the most is that people want to see me strong, so it’s less about seeing me in a movie and more about seeing me strong and having a good time. To give the Marvel Cinematic Universe the Thena it deserves, I’ll have to put in a lot of effort,” she’d mentioned. The 25th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Eternals, will be directed by Oscar-winner Chloe Zhao.
Eternals tells the story of a group of extraterrestrial heroes that have defended humanity since the dawn of time. When horrible creatures known as the Deviants reappear, the Eternals are forced to rejoin in order to once again defend humanity.
