Ma Anand Sheela, the controversial persona, who is known as the former aide to Osho, has recently given her own narrative on the two biopics that are to be made about her. While one will be starring Priyanka Chopra and the other Alia Bhatt.
However, in an interview, she has said that she wishes and hopes that the two films don’t focus too much on the scandals that she has been involved in so far now.
Ma Anand Sheela was accused of a bioterror attack in 1984, also known as Rajneeshee Bioterror Attack. More than 700 people fell in this attack and the attack is considered as one of the colossal bioterror attacks in American History.
In an interview with Puja Talwar, as stated in Hindustan Times, she said, “Well, I sometimes chuckle. Sometimes they will have to do deep searching into my character. They have to move a little bit away from scandal. And I don’t know if they can. And if they don’t, I take it as an impression of me they are doing.”, when asked about her views on the biopics that are being made.
