This nickname came up from the fact that the idol is a true visual. The name comes from CG or Computer graphics and his name is V.

3) Choco Bun:
This nickname comes from his round mochi-like cheeks which look like a bun. The choco half of the name comes from his bronze-y skin tone.

4) Vu:
This nickname came from AMRY’s post where they spelled his name wrong as VU. ARMY took up the name to show off the man’s duality! V, his stage ego is professional, charismatic, and irreplaceable. On the other hand, Vu, his alter ego, is soft, silly, cheeky, childlike, and playful.

This name comes from a pre-debut story. As a trainee at Big Hit Entertainment, the agency kept V hidden always since they were anxious about other agencies snatching him away because of his immense potential.
