Times When Kim Seokjin Made Everyone Blush Hard Around Him With His Charm

Kim SeokJin, commonly known as Jin, is a South Korean singer and composer who has been a part of the boy band BTS since June 2013. Kim has collaborated with BTS on three solo songs, “Awake” (2016), “Epiphany” (2018), and “Moon” (2020), all of which have achieved success on the Gaon Digital Chart in South Korea. Kim’s debut solo song, “Tonight,” was made available digitally in 2019. Alongside BTS member V, he also made an appearance on the 2016 soundtrack for Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth. Kim’s voice and emotional range as a singer have drawn accolades from critics.

In addition to singing, Kim hosted a number of South Korean music shows from 2016 to 2018. He and the other BTS members received the fifth-class Hwagwan Order of Cultural Merit from the President of South Korea in 2018 for their contributions to Korean culture.

At the 2015 Melon Music Awards, he gained notoriety for his appearance as he exited a car, and everyone on social media started looking for the enigmatic “Car Door Guy.” Seokjin kept the term, and the idiom is even listed in Urban Dictionary!
