Sidhhaarth Dhanda the youngster who essays the negative lead Aahir in the Zee TV show Tujhse Hai Raabta (Full House Media) is happy with the character graph that he has got.
Says Sidhhaarth, “I have been working for the last five years. I have done many episodics. However, this role of Aahir, the step-brother of Malhar in Tujhse Hai Raabta has brought me into the limelight. In the year 2015, I was doing the Bindass show Kota Toppers. After that, I did as many as 50 episodic shows. But Tujhse Hai Raabta is my first show with respect to daily shows.”
Sidhhaarth who entered the show a few months back is today appreciated for his role of Aahir. “When I entered the show, I was shown as a filmy kind of a guy. However, Aahir had his innocence in place. But now, he is seen as a gangster who is trying to create havoc in the lives of Kalyani (Reem Shaikh) and Malhar. For the last one and half months, I have had fabulous scenes as the main negative lead. Now I am seen as a terrorist.”
The youngster has got the opportunity to explore a lot within one character. “I have had varied disguised looks to don in the show. I have enjoyed every bit of it. I have had scenes where I hit Malhar, and also scenes where I get hit by Malhar.”
“I have played many negative characters in my episodics so far, in Gumrah etc. However, Aahir has a lot of variations and for the sake of money, he has turned negative. And now he is a terrorist and playing one was a challenge,” he adds.
Sidhhaarth who is just 25 years old has a long way to go and we wish him all the luck!!
