Vishal and Madhurima doing unnecessary drama for footage: Tehseen Poonawala

Eliminated Bigg Boss 13 contestant Tehseen Poonawala is batting for Sidharth Shukla to go the whole hog. “I guess what works for him is his honesty, which is seen by one and all.”

He finds the actions of other contestants quite funny. “I really find the love-hate equation between Vishal Aditya Singh and Madhurima Tuli too much.”

“Did you not know that all this will happen before you entered? Guys, for God’s sake, decide what you want, either stay together or get out (a very angry Vishal who had been hit by ex Madhurima demanded Bigg Boss’ action).” “However, when Bigg Boss asked them to decide which one should go, both decided to stay on. Now they are again getting lovey-dovey.”

“Faltu ka drama for footage and same folks give Shukla gaalis (abuse),” adds Tehseen, who is a Delhi based political analyst.

“Here, what is more galling is that other contestants like Rashami Desai, whom I like a lot, telling both Vishal and Madhurima to pipe it down. She herself goes on slanging matches with Shukla and now asks others to behave better?” says Tehseen, who supports Deepika Padukone in the on-going Chhapaak and JNU controversy.

“In all this, you also have outside paid trolls alleging that Sid is getting publicity. He is not doing drama, rather taking a stand. You do what you have to, right.”

“Having said that, I condemn both him and Asim Riaz for abusing other families. While this might be happening in the heat of the moment, they should still try to control themselves. I never lost my cool during my stint.”

Had you stayed longer (he was. there only for one week), could things have been different? “Well, that might be. But that again is a hypothetical proposition.”

Shifting gears to Paras Chhabra and Mahira Sharma, he says, “I am not sure if they are really together. But I really like them as a couple and it is not wrong to create a relationship to win.”

In closing, when asked about the constant refrain that at the end of the day, Bigg Boss only deliberately designs friction-inducing tasks, “Well, that is needed to keep the entertainment going. Also, Bigg Boss does not tell you to fall for their tricks, so that is your cross to bear,” ends Tehseen.
