Zee TV popular show Kumkum Bhagya has been on-air for over three years now. Ever since it went on air, the show has been entertaining its audience.

Kumkum Bhagya show starring Shabir Ahluwalia and Sriti Jha is loosely based on Sense and Sensibility by Jane Austen.
There was a scene in the show in which both the actors Shabir and Sriti get drunk and go to the roof to talk. This was a scene that had been penned down to be of 3 minutes. However, both the actors kept improvising and the scene went on for 10 minutes. They did not expect the director to keep it all in the final cut of the show, but he decided to go with it. Almost all the scenes they do are improvised as the actors choose to leave behind something of themselves in each scene.
Sriti believes Shabbir to be a brilliant actor. She also says that since both she and Shabbir are big foodies, she always ends up eating a lot more than she wants to in his company.
At a time when most leading pairs of the television industry hate each other’s guts and just cannot bear to see each other’s faces, Shabbir and Sriti are the best of friends.
