The episode of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin starts with Virat blaming Pakhi for everything. Ashwini comes there and gets dinner for Virat. She asks Pakhi why she has come to Virat’s room late at night. Pakhi says she had come to call Virat for dinner. Ashwini says she is still alive and she can take care of her son. Ashwini scolds Pakhi and asks her to stay away from Virat. She scolds Virat for talking to Pakhi after knowing what Pakhi has done. Ashwini prays to God that Sai gets well soon.
Pulkit tells Sai that she is recovering very well and the doctor also mentioned that Sai will get discharged tomorrow. Sai recollects that Virat came to her and asked her to return to Chavan Nivas. She also recollects Ashwini telling her that Virat got jealous seeing Ajinkya with Sai and overreacted but does not regret his behaviour. Virat tells Ashwini that he did not call Pakhi. She says Sai will be fine soon. Ashwini asks Virat to stay away from Pakhi and focus on Sai.
The next day, Virat does all the hospital formalities. The doctor gives Sai the next appointment and some medicines. Virat asks Sai to hold his hand and come home with him. Sai says she doesn’t have any home, so she is going to stay with Pulkit. Sai says Virat doubted her and Ajinkya’s character and she insulted her in front of her friends which she will never forget. Virat says he will not force Sai, she can come to their house whenever she feels like it.
Pulkit comes to take Sai. Sai says she wants to go to Chavan Nivas. Virat gets happy. Sai says she wants to go to Chavan Nivas to take her stuff. Virat gets upset and says he will get all Sai’s stuff. Sai asks Virat not to take any trouble for her, she can manage and leaves with Pulkit.
