The episode of Imlie starts with Imlie praying to Sita Maiya that her family should accept her. Imlie says that she is trying to do everything possible to convince her family, but they are not accepting her and has a belief that one day when she wakes up, everyone will accept her as Aditya’s wife. Malini hears that and thinks Imlie is trying to convince the family, she can at least try to convince Aditya to come back into her life. Malini thinks she always thinks about others but this time she will think about herself. Malini goes to Aditya’s room and sleeps beside him.
The next day, Imlie and Sundar are making breakfast for everyone. She jokes with Sundar. Aparna taunts that Malini is Aditya’s wife and she will never accept the forced wedding of Aditya and Imlie. Rupali comes and says that her husband left and now is living with someone else. Aparna gets angry and says it is not right. Rupali tells Aparna that Imlie is Aditya’s first wife and they cannot deny it. She says Malini is Aditya’s second wife. Aparna asks Rupali not to talk in that matter.
Imlie takes breakfast for Malini to her room. She learns that Malini is not in her room. She sees Aditya’s door and thinks of waking him. Imlie goes into Aditya’s room and gets shocked to see Malini sleeping beside Aditya. She drops the plate. Aditya wakes up and asks Malini what she is doing in his room. Aditya tries to explain Imlie. Imlie says she trusts them and leaves. Malini says she did not realise when she came to Aditya’s room.
Malini goes to Kunal and says she doesn’t want to divorce Aditya. Malini says even she wants to stay happy with Aditya. Aditya comes there and says he wants to talk to Kunal about Malini. Kunal makes it clear that there is nothing between him and Malini and never was. Kunal says he was lying to everyone.
Aditya asks Malini whether she lied to him so that he will not feel guilty for what he did. Malini thinks she lied to Aditya so that Imlie and Aditya get together. But now she thinks Imlie has no place between her and Aditya.
