Today’s Kasautii Zindagii Kay 7 June episode begins with Anurag (Parth Samthaan) and Prerna (Erica Fernandes) getting scared by Ronit. Ronit ordered them to push each other down. They both started begging each other to push the other down. Ronit got a call from the police officer. Prerna asked Anurag to speak his heart. Anurag admitted to Prerna that he had bought a ring for Prerna. He confessed his feeling for her and Prerna got delighted after hearing it. In the meantime, Anurag managed to free himself. He started hitting the goons and held Ronit at a gunpoint. Anurag freed Prerna and they both ran away.
Anurag had lost his car keys so they both started walking away from the goons. On the way, they cherished their moment together. Prerna and Anurag ashare romantic and emotional moement whilst coming back home and express their delight.
Anurag and Prerna share ‘I love you’. Veena arrived at Basu Baadi. Mohini talked about her in ill spirit as because of her daughter, Anurag went against her. Veena denied the accusation and said that Prerna and Anurag love each other. Anurag and Prerna arrived at the temple.
