The episode of Kumkum Bhagya starts with Ranbir thinking that nobody can separate him from Prachi. Ranbir comes down to the hall. Pallavi asks him if he is leaving the house. Ranbir says that Aryan must have told them everything, so he will not have to tell anyone.
Vikram stops Ranbir and tries to explain to him that the world is completely different and he can survive it for long. Ranbir says that this is the only option he has. Ranbir apologizes to Vikram and says that Prachi is his world and he cannot live without Prachi.
Pallavi tells Ranbir that if he leaves the house, then he has to leave everything, business, money, and his property. Ranbir says that he is leaving everything and will not come back for money. Ranbir also says that he will not stop due to the greed of money, and he does not want anything. He wants to be with Prachi.
Pallavi asks him if he will work 7-5 and live with poverty. Pallavi says that Ranbir’s pocket money will be more than the salary he will get, working from 7-5. Ranbir says that he will work hard and manage. Pallavi says that if Ranbir steps out of the house, then this house door will always be closed for Ranbir.
Ranbir hugs Vikram and takes blessings from Beeji. Ranbir says goodbye, mom and steps out of the house.
Pallavi cries and gets a heart attack. Vikram asks Ranbir to come back. Beeji calls the doctor, but the phone does not connect.
Vikram and Ranbir take Pallavi to the hospital. Pallavi asks Ranbir to never leave her and gets unconscious. They reach the hospital, and the doctor takes Pallavi to the ICU.
Beeji tells Ranbir that Pallavi loves Ranbir a lot, and when Ranbir said that he is leaving the house, she could not bear the pain and got a heart attack. Ranbir blames himself for Pallavi’s condition and feels guilty.
