The episode of Kumkum Bhagya starts with Tanu saying she did not do any confession, she says that Pragya can act well as she is a teacher and is lying that she had audio. Pragya says she had the audio confession and also a witness who can hear the audio and confirm that it’s Tanu’s voice. Tanu asks Pragya how many people she will include in their lie. Pragya says Tanu has the habit of lying and snatching others’ things, she tried to name someone else’s baby… Tanu interrupts Pragya and says Pragya will be ashamed of herself, to do such to another woman. Singhania then says show the divorce papers to the judge and says Pragya has divorced Abhi 20 years back. Pragya says the papers were signed without her consent, but she and Abhi got married again in the temple.
Singhania asks Pragya if she has any proof that she is married to Abhi. Pragya says no. Singhania says Pragya is lying and they even cannot call her Abhi’s wife as she has no proof. Pragya is also lying that she had the audio confession. Raghuvir comes and says that Pragya is saying the truth. Raghuvir apologizes to the judge for arriving late to the court. Raghuvir says that when he left home, some people attacked him and beat him till he fell unconscious; thankfully a doctor saw him and was taking him to the hospital, but he asked the doctor to leave him to the court.
Singhania then shows a video to the judge, when Abhi is pushing Tanu into the bed. Raghuvir says when the video was recorded Abhi’s mental condition was weak, Abhi was mentally sick and used to behave like a child. Ranbir says he has the doctor’s report. Raghuvir gives the reports to the judge. The judge reads the report and says Abhi cannot do the rape, as his mental condition was weak.
Raghuvir calls the doctor and asks him to tell the judge about Abhi’s mental condition. The doctor says he is Abhi’s doctor and the reports are correct. Abhi used to be like a child and cannot rape anyone. Singhania asks the doctor if the rarest case of mental problems cannot get violent and rape someone. The doctor says some people can.
Singhania says Abhi got violent with Tanu and raped her. The judge is about to make a decision, but Raghuvir asks the judge to give him a chance to prove Abhi’s innocence. The judge says looking at Raghuvir’s condition, he will give the next date for him to prove Abhi’s innocence, which is after 3 days.
Later, Tanu collides with Pragya. Tanu says Abhi got 3 days extra to be with Pragya, but she will never be able to prove Abhi’s innocence and Abhi will go to jail.
