The episode of Kumkum Bhagya starts with Tanu saying that she knew Dadi always hated her and was wondering why she is talking sweetly. Dadi says Tanu is right, she hates Tanu and loves Pragya as she cares for Abhi. Dadi says she wants Abhi to be happy all the time and Pragya keeps Abhi happy; so she likes Pragya. Dadi asks Tanu what would her mother have done at this place, she would have loved Tanu’s friends who keep her happy. Dadi says Tanu is a witch as she has a very evil mind. She says that Pragya’s love is putting Abhi in trouble and thinks Tanu being a witch can take good care of Abhi. Tanu says she wants to trust Dadi, but doubts if they are planning something.
Dadi says she always needed a modern girl for Abhi and was happy when Tanu came into Abhi’s life. Dallu Dadi liked Pragya, so she couldn’t say anything. Dadi says that Pragya looks like behenji types and has no class with Abhi. Tanu says she can agree to marry Abhi, but Abhi will never agree to marry her. Dadi says she will come in some time. Dadi goes out and calls Pragya and informs her everything. Dadi says Tanu is not ready to agree as she cannot trust Abhi. Pragya explains Dadi some plan.
Tanu comes to Dadi and asks if she is talking to Pragya. Dadi asks Tanu to come with her. She asks Tanu to drive the car. Tanu says her lawyer knows where she is going and drives with Dadi. Pragya and Abhi prepare for their plan. Abhi calls the media. Dadi reaches the farmhouse with Tanu. The media surrounds him. Abhi comes out and starts his acting. Abhi asks why the media has come and what is Tanu doing in their house. Dadi says she got Tanu as she wants Tanu to get married to Abhi.
Dadi says if Abhi made a mistake, she will correct the mistake and asks Tanu if she wants to marry Abhi. Abhi says he doesn’t want to marry Tanu. Dadi says she is not listening to anyone. Pragya comes and starts her acting. She also says that she will not let Abhi marry Tanu. Dadi says today she will help Abhi and Tanu get engaged and they can get married in few days. Dadi says she called the media as she wants to correct Abhi’s mistake in front of everyone.
Mitali asks Aliya to do something and stop the engagement. Aliya says she knows what she has to do. Abhi hopes Aliya will not say anything as she is not aware of their plan.
