The episode of Kumkum Bhagya starts with Pragya coming to Abhi’s locality. Abhi and his friends are dancing. Amit mistakenly spills juice in Pragya’s car. Pragya comes out and walks towards Amit. Amit apologises to Pragya that it was a mistake, they were celebrating Abhi’s victory in carrom as he got the queen. Abhi tells Amit that Pragya is not angry with Amit, but is angry with him. Abhi asks Amit to go. Rhea asks Sidharth how did the drugs come into his back pocket. Sidharth says he has no idea. Sidharth asks Rhea if he should inform the police about it. Rhea says they cannot go to the police or the police might think they are drug dealers.
The doorbell rings. Rhea worries. She takes the drugs and flushes them into the washroom. Sidharth opens the door. The waiter enters and gives the breakfast. Sidharth says he did not order breakfast. The waiter says Sidharth already added the breakfast when he checked in. Sidharth gives him money and asks him to give information.
The drug peddler goes to Rhea’s friend, Saina and scars her. He asks her where Rhea is. Saina says she doesn’t know. The drug peddler says that if he doesn’t get his drugs back then he can kill her, Rhea and Sidharth. He asks Saina to call Rhea. Saina calls Rhea. The goon takes over the phone and asks Rhea to return the drug or their life will be in danger. The goons track Rhea’s phone and learn that they are in hotel Redstone.
Ranbir and Prachi come to the hotel and ask for Sidharth. The receptionist asks Ranbir to wait and informs them about it. The inspector comes from Delhi and says he will talk to Sidharth. The other inspector goes to talk to Ranbir. The inspector goes to Sidharth’s room and asks him if he and Rhea are married. Sidharth says yes. The inspector says Rhea is not wearing mangal sutra and sindoor. Rhea says it’s her choice and needs time to prove it.
The inspector comes down and says he believes that Sidharth and Rhea are not married. He asks his constables to arrest Sidharth and Rhea. The waiter hears their conversation and informs Sidharth about it. Sidharth and Rhea somehow manage to escape.
The constables come down and inform them that Sidharth and Rhea have escaped. The inspector asks Ranbir to come to the police station as he claims that he is Sidharth’s cousin.
